  • Poor customer svce



    Haven't found the customer service person(s) to be helpful or empathetic. Just returned a candelabra for candles and didn't mark the return item as defective (although it was). I marked "other" and explained that 2 of the pillar holders were skewed and made the pillar look crooked. Because I didn't mark defective, the amount refunded was less the return shipping. I advised the customer service rep why I only indicated "other". When I looked at my E-mail today, I was not refunded the total amount. I could live with this if I felt that the rep had at... More...
